Skinny People

Skinny and still concerned about flabby stomach

Don't be surprised if the people who look skinny and satisfied with their overall weight still want to tone up their middles.

The people who are naturally thin when gain some weight, it forms on their bodies as extra flab just like a person of an average weight.
The people who look thin when gain weight might look in perfect shape after gaining weight but the fact of the matter is they can still have flabby stomach beneath the layers of cloth.
The best part of being thin is that we can pretty easily hide the out-of-shape areas.
If you gain too much weight for your own body's natural frame, you still have to struggle to get it off as people with smaller frame does not mean they do not have meat around their bones.
The person that is 5'0" and 128 pounds may look totally different from the person having same statistics but smaller frame.
One will look slim and fit while the other can appear out of shape if their natural frame is smaller.
It is not true tat the weight does not distribute itself equally and it gets around two main areas: gut and butt! Actually the weight gain goes everywhere but these two areas look worse.
Gaining this does not mean that you are overweight from a health point of view. It only means that you just gained more weight than your body's small frame which results in being out of shape.

Are you fat genetically?

If your body stores extra fat it might be in your genes.
Unfortunately there's really nothing anyone can do about this. One cannot force the fats to go elsewhere than the stomach. All you can do is to do regular exercise to keep yourself in shape.

Reducing Fat from the Belly

It is almost impossible to spot tone your stomach area.
To get rid of this gained weight you have to lose weight all over. A lot of the stomach fat comes from starches and sugars - particularly if you eat late at night. Avoiding these can make a huge difference.
Since I've been watching what I eat and exercising I've only lost about 3 pounds but I've noticed a bigger difference in my stomach.

Weight Lifting

Another way to tone up your stomach is joining a gym and work out to gain muscle.
This does not mean to look all muscular but moderate lifting helps stay in shape.
If you have small arms and/or legs and want to keep your overall look, start lifting weights and doing exercises that strengthen those parts of your body. This will help to remain in shape while you are losing weight from stomach area.

Is Anyone Perfectly "Perfect"?

Just keep something in mind that no body is perfect and one should learn to live with imperfection. You can achieve the certain look according to your body type not everyone can get that perfect look.
You would love to stay around 120-125 pounds with a flat stomach but as you tend to get more fat in the middle section, it is hard to maintain a flat stomach. You can still flatten the stomach by changing your overall diet.
Notice the difference by avoiding white bread, pasta, TV dinners (too much sodium), eating late and keep a watch on the sugar intake. Eat all the food you like just monitor its consumption quantity and avoid starches and bad carbs. Cut your fast food consumption by about 70%.
Even if you do nothing to tone up your body, not eating bad food alone will help.
